We look forward to welcoming you to an upcoming CET event. To provide you with access to event Zoom information, we have implemented a secure and efficient single sign-on system through SharePoint for our USC teaching community.

  1. Click the title of the event from the CET calendar.
  2. On the event page, select the Zoom information button to request or gain access to the CET SharePoint site.
  3. If you are not already logged in with your USC email recognized by Office 365, you will be prompted to provide your email address and shibboleth information. If you do not gain access after entering your credentials, try again with your alternate USC email address.
  4. If you are logged in with your USC credentials recognized by Office 365, you will be directed to the CET SharePoint site containing the event Zoom information.

Note: Due to individuals having multiple USC email addresses, you are encouraged to request access at least 15 minutes in advance of the event start time in order for CET to approve requests. Approval requests will be completed during regular business hours.

The Survivor’s Guide

The Survivor’s Guide workshop is intended for faculty who have asked for the briefest possible Brightspace training. This one-hour workshop will show you how to access and navigate Brightspace and do 2-3 very basic tasks, such as uploading a syllabus, emailing students, and accessing the grade book.
