Faculty Learning Communities

A Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is a year-long collaborative program where faculty come together to explore, reflect on, and enhance their teaching practices. Designed as a supportive and collegial space, the FLC encourages idea-sharing, problem-solving, and discussion of effective strategies for teaching and learning.

Participants join self-selected cohorts based on shared interests and work together throughout the academic year. Each cohort develops a project that captures their exploration and insights, which is shared at a CET Faculty Showcase in April.
