The CET Faculty Fellows Leadership Institute is a yearlong program that prepares senior faculty to lead the advancement of teaching excellence within their schools. Through a yearlong leadership development experience, Fellows gain skills in evidence-based pedagogy, faculty mentorship, and institutional leadership. By adapting recommended instructional practices to the unique learning environments and pedagogical approaches of their disciplines, Fellows help foster a culture of reflective and effective teaching.
Over time, this initiative has built a strong, cross-campus network of faculty committed to elevating teaching and learning at USC—and that network continues to grow each year, strengthening its collective impact.
Nomination Process:
Senior faculty are nominated by their school’s dean based on their leadership potential and dedication to mentoring peers. If you’re interested in becoming a CET Faculty Fellow, please reach out to your school’s administration for more information.
