Curious about how AI might transform your teaching—or perhaps a little skeptical about it all? The AI in Education: A Resource Hub was created with both perspectives in mind. It’s not about replacing your expertise, but about offering thoughtful, practical ways AI can support and enhance what you already do best.
Developed in close collaboration with USC faculty, the Hub is an asynchronous space on Brightspace where you can explore at your own pace. It’s designed to help you sort through the hype, ask good questions, and decide what might support your teaching goals.
Inside, you’ll find guidance on topics like AI prompting strategies, assignment design, student support, and ethical considerations. You’ll also get a window into real-world experiments and innovations from fellow USC instructors. And if efficiency is your priority, you’ll see examples of how AI can lighten the load—automating repetitive tasks, generating rubrics, preparing lectures, and streamlining feedback.
Whether you’re cautiously curious or already experimenting, the Resource Hub gives you room to explore, reflect, and make your own informed decisions about how AI fits into your teaching.
