Anna Skylar
Anna Skylar is a PhD candidate in the Molecular and Computational Biology program. Her project focuses on understanding molecular and genetic mechanisms of stem cells maintenance in flowering plants.
Anna received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. She taught various high school and middle school science courses for six years in the Los Angeles Unified School District. While teaching, Anna attended California State University Northridge and obtained California Teaching credential.
