Justin is completing his fifth year in Political Science and International Relations. He has presented multiple papers at the Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association on voting behavior, political attitudes, and racial consciousness. One paper entitled, "Does Immigration Look Differently through Color-Tinted Glasses? White, Latino and Asian Attitudes toward Immigration in the 2010 California Election," is currently under review. His dissertation examines how changes in demographics impact the political behavior and attitudes of both citizens and elites. He has served as teaching assistant for Law & Public Policy, Introduction to American Politics, Ideology & Conflict, and Civil Rights & Civil Liberties.
