Delve into the past! USC Trustee and honorary faculty member, Alan Casden will discuss the importance of ancient coins and other antiquities in revealing historical truths about the world’s cultures. Mr. Casden, a prominent real estate developer, has shared his tremendous passion and expertise with classes of USC archaeology students and will be joined for the presentation by USC College Professor Bruce Zuckerman, who pioneered the use of advanced computer and photographic techniques to decipher and re-create inscriptions from the Dead Sea Scrolls.
